5. Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Since our products are handmade, returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
Cancellations can be made before the order is shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after product verification.
