1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.

• Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Return Policy

• We accept returns only for defective or damaged products.

• Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery if they receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

• Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

3. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Handloom and handmade items with slight variations (as these are not considered defects).

• Custom-made, personalized, or sale items.

• Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
